• Production covers casting assistant pay at union minimum

• All projects requiring cast-contingent financing are at this tier

• Cast-contingent projects are VERY selectively accepted—must have verifiable partial financing, credible filmmakers, and strong references (yes, we check mutuals)

• 3 producer sessions for up to 6 roles

• 1 chemistry read for up to 4 roles
